Integrated Quality Management System
Our supplying farms and harvesting and processing facility are part of an integrated quality management system developed and implemented to produce the highest quality bovine raw material for medical and pharmaceutical applications.
By incorporating the standard operating procedures of our farms and facility in a single integrated quality management system, we can ensure the same high level of quality is maintained along the entire supply chain “From Farmer to Pharma”.
Our integrated quality management system conforms to the international medical device standards of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 22442-2:2015 as well as the Quality System Regulation / Current Good Manufacturing Practices Regulation (21 CFR 820) in the United States.
Our facility also operates under a Risk Management Programme registered with the NZ Ministry for Primary Industries, and regularly verified by an independent, NZ MPI-recognised verifier as complying with the requirements of the Animal Products Act 1999 in New Zealand.
